What makes Orleans Home Fragrances unique?

How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the vessel during the first use.
Are your products safe for pets?
While our products are made with high-quality ingredients, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets.
Do you offer reed diffuser refills?
Yes, we offer 4oz and 8oz refill bottles for all of our signature scents to help you maintain a consistent home aroma.
How often should I trim the wick?
We recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting to prevent soot buildup and ensure a controlled flame.
Can I reuse the candle jars?
Absolutely. Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, clean the vessel with warm soapy water to repurpose it as a planter or storage jar.
